It's all there (at least it should be).

[root@mandrake davor]# rpm -ql diffutils
/usr/bin/cmp
/usr/bin/diff
/usr/bin/diff3
/usr/bin/sdiff
/usr/share/doc/diffutils-2.7
/usr/share/doc/diffutils-2.7/NEWS
/usr/share/doc/diffutils-2.7/README
/usr/share/info/diff.info-1.bz2
/usr/share/info/diff.info-2.bz2
/usr/share/info/diff.info-3.bz2
/usr/share/info/diff.info-4.bz2
/usr/share/info/diff.info.bz2
/usr/share/man/man1/cmp.1.bz2
/usr/share/man/man1/diff.1.bz2
/usr/share/man/man1/diff3.1.bz2
/usr/share/man/man1/sdiff.1.bz2
[root@mandrake davor]#

Maybe your man configuration is messed up? Check
        /etc/man.config.

Also, try info pages by running

info <prog_name>

        or even better, pinfo

[root@mandrake etc]# rpm -q pinfo
pinfo-0.6.3-2mdk
