It could have been that they had incorrectly put in one digit or more incorrectly. Like when I first started to SSH my home network. I would do that and so would the other guy that I was contacting mistakernly. We got past that and now him and I no longer SSH each other by mistake. We both have the same service thus why our IP addresses were so equivalent. If it repeats then make attempts to contact them like I did. HTH altoine
