Hi Praedor, If you're asking about Konqueror's "Scan for new plugins" (I'm still with LM 8.0):
Configure Konqueror > Settings - KDE Control > Netscape Plugins icon > Scan > Scan for plugins. This assumes that you've added the kdebase-nsplugins.
