Central Computer in Santa Clara, CA. I don't know if they ship, but they do sell a few decent full-size towers and 1U rackmount type cases. I don't recall the model # of my case, but it's a full tower blue case. I really like it - it has several case fans, better than adequate power supply as well as a nice easy method for opening the case - the door can be easily swung aside in order to access the 'guts'. Additionally, the two screws for tha case are very easy to work with - no screwdriver required.
