I'm not disabled (unless stupidity counts :) ), but back when I used Windows I found a particular piece of their Accessibility Tools to be very useful. This 'feature' would make a beep with the PC speaker whenever I hit the Num Lock, Caps Lock or Scroll Lock keys. This was very useful, because I continually find myself accidentally hitting Caps Lock when I'm typing. The 'beep' would alert me that I've hit a Lock key, allowing me to deactivate it to prevent me from accidentally typing a whole line at full caps.
