My /var/log folder is getting fairly big (10 MB) and its growing quickly (this computer has only 660MB for Linux :( ). My question is: is it safe to regularly delete logs (using just the rm command) or is there a "correct" way to do it? Surely, there is a special program to do this (that's more user-friendly than logrotate)? Thanks, pesarif
