If they are all similar, do an install on one machine (add ram temporarily) and configure it properly (or pull the drive, mount it in a machine that can do an install and move it back). Then you can boot the other machines from a floopy-based distro like tomsrtbt, set up partitions and whatnot, "clone" original install over the network. Or, use mkCDrec (http://mkcdrec.ota.be/) to create a CD-based clone and install it on the other machines.
