Do you know what makes this happen? Somewhere I find out more?
I swear it's the most bizarre thing. And it's incredibly irritating. The mb is a Micronics based on the Intel 440-LX chipset with a Pentium-II 233, two IDE drives, and an STB Velocity 128 in the AGP.
