I've having trouble getting and keeping my caching nameserver running. On my
first attempt to install & configure the caching nameserver, I couldn't get
named to start. I kept getting "connection refused". So, I uninstalled and
reinstalled bind and caching-nameserver rpm's and that got named to start.
Everything was working just fine until I had to shut off everything at my
house for pest control. When I booted back up, I could not get named to start
- -- same error message and same solution to fix it. Can anyone point me into
the right direction in order to solve this problem?

P.S. does anyone know why the GPG keys are missing from every rpm package
that I d/l from rpmfind? (MD5 sums are OK).
