I don't think it's a very clean way of doing it, but I put gkrellm and
xscreensaver at the end of my style file. If you haven't messed with
the style files at all, you'll have to copy them to your own directory
because by default you'll be using menu settings, etc... from /usr/share
directory. You have to create your menu files, styles, everything you
want to keep customized, in your $user directory and then edit your
.blackboxrc file to point where you put your stuff. I hope that makes
sense; if you look at the syntax of everything, it's pretty easy to
figure out. Look for the "rootCommand:" line at the end of the style
file you wish to use, and make it look like this:
rootCommand: xscreensaver & gkrellm -w &
whateverelseyouwanttostart
of course, make sure to put the '&' between your commands and the
existing ones.
