Yeah, you're just as 'disgruntled' as I am all the time, living in
Europe, gawking at all the cool Linux and OpenSource t-shirts they offer
in US based internet shops and reading that it would be too expensive to
ship them to Europe. A t-shirt which costs $25 in the US incl. shipping
would cost the double to sent it over here.
I guess MandrakeSoft has not found a US based manufacturer for their
stuff. So rather than charging $$$ to ship them through US customs
(that's what makes intercontinental shipping so expensive) they wait
until they find a US based partner.
Just a reasonable guess...
