Presumably 'break in to their house and format their hard drive' (then
install Mandrake on it to stop all this happening again ;)

The problem is that they have:

i. the Klez virus on their PC;

ii. your email address in their Outlook address book.

and the virus, as part of its dastardly deeds, sends out emails with
spoofed From: lines containing your email address (and everyone else's
in the address book). This Wired piece:
