This seems to come up every month.
I do not at the moment feel like going in to lengthy detail, so if you
want details check the Archives, newbie or expert, and look for
responses from either myself or Tom Brinkman regarding bus speed.
The short version is that 33mhz for PIO mode Is Correct and specifically
for PIO
devices, cdrom,cdrw, etc, and not a designation of your hd speed.
On your system hda,hdb and hdd are all DMA.
Only hdc is PIO.
If you watch the entire boot sequence when the breakdown of your drives
is given your hds will list as DMA mode 5 which Is 100mhz.
