Hi, another one:

My /etc/modules.conf says:

alias usb-interface usb-ohci
alias sound-slot-0 trident
above trident snd-pcm-oss
alias eth0 sis900

and usb, sound and eth0 work perfectly. But while searching for a
solution for my other modules problem (see other mail) I found in
/var/log/messages:

modprobe: Can't locate module eth1
modprobe: Can't locate module eth2
modprobe: Can't locate module eth3
modprobe: Can't locate module eth4
modprobe: Can't locate module eth5
modprobe: Can't locate module eth6
modprobe: Can't locate module eth7
modprobe: Can't locate module eth8
modprobe: Can't locate module eth9

Same goes with the sound module, also counting up to 9. I only have one
eth and one soundcard.

Not that it matters too much because all is working fine. But why do I
get those messages and how do I make them vanish?
