Not exactly a "Linux" question ;) but I think it is a limitation of PM5,
I have PM7 and one of the "brag features" is support for 80GB drives. 
Did a quick look on the net and FAT32 can go to the terebyte size if you
really want (imagine the scandisk on that after a BSOD), so I don't
think it is a FAT32 problem.
