People are working on it. FWIW, I tried to recreate the problems here
and I copied 3 full CD's (8.2 CD1, CD2, and CD3) without those file
corruption errors.  I did have a weird behavior where I couldn't eject
CD2 after I copied it.  It would eject, then suck it right back in.
After running sync, I was able to eject it properly.  CD3 copied with no
problems.  IOW, I'm unable to repeat the problem here.
