Ken, I'm not familiar with it, but my suggestion for a cheapy is the ECS K7S5A. After reading a favorable review at Tom's hardware I bought one and liked it so much I've used three more. It has built in LAN and sound, and supports the 266 FSB; I believe it will go up to at least a XP2000.
