urpmi only knows what is in the database that is made available to it 
when you add a source with hdlist, such as is done at install or 
afterwards in the Software Manager or with urpmi.addmedia.  Looks from 
the errors you are trying to install a 9.0 package to an older Mandrake. 
  That will not work.  There is one urpmi mini-howto here:
