[expert]Problems with Mouse Button Bindings

I am currently looking to remap my mouse button bindings.  My current configuration is 
as such in XF86Config-4:
Section "InputDevice"
    Identifier "Mouse1"
    Driver "mouse"
    Option "Protocol" "MouseManPlusPS/2"
    Option "Device" "/dev/psaux"
    Option "EmulateWheel" "1"
    Option "EmulateWheelInertia" "12"
    Option "XAxisMapping" "6 7"
    Option "EmulateWheelButton" "4"
    Option "YAxisMapping" "4 5"
    Option "Buttons" "4"

Which the output is Left Mouse Button 1,  Right Mouse Button 3, then the secondary 
buttons are mapped to 2 and 4.  
I am trying to get "Button 2" to be mapped as the scroll wheel, and button 4 to be 
mapped to another function on the keyboard (example:  ALT_L)

Any Suggestions?
