Just the kernel telling you it's finding things and making a decision on how to handle it. It's not an error, it's a warning. An error is fatal and the system stops. Your case is an error and it keeps on going past it. If you want to see what all is really happening, go look at /var/log/dmesg (copy of the boot messages from the last boot up). Or just remove the "quiet" option from /etc/lilo.conf (all occurrances) and run '/sbin/lilo' to save those changes to the boot loader. Blue skies...
