Ricardo....in the below web document: http://www.mostang.com/sane/man/sane-microtek2.5.html it says, "If your scanner is not working properly you also should create a logfile and send it to the author." the author's email address is (also in the above document): Karsten Festag [EMAIL PROTECTED] the above document also tells you how to create a logfile. -- Alan :)
