The contact address is a special mail address of the German LKA,
comparable to the investigational branch of a state police. They have
such addresses in all german states (Bundesland) and report to the
Attorney General of Germany.
German authorities put up a taskforce against child porn which is
equipped with new technology and the people received special computer
training. After all those missing children and after the fact turned
up that there are very active child porn producers and sellers
especially in Europe they woke up and faced reality - at last!
