Look on Freshmeat for ftp mirroring tools -- in fact, I think one or two
come with MDK. ftpmirror or something like that. Set up a cron job which
pulls from the mirror you want. Contact the mirror admin and let them
know what you're doing, they may open rsync for you or tell you to go
somewhere else.

publish the directory that you mirrored on your own internal server.
urpmi.addmedia the internal location. Your hdlist should still be valid
after copying from the other location, I believe these things are
relative pathed. Otherwise, you'll need to figure out how to generate
one.
