HarM,

  edit the .icewm/toolbar file and you can put the icons on the
taskbar.  Easy format  for example

prog Evolution jmail.png evolution

added Evo to the bar.  The icon has to be in /usr/share/icons/mini to
get grabbed (it uses 16x16 icons) and if it's not there. It lists the
app name.
