Chose define sources and remove the old updates source and start all over again... sometimes it needs this... Also make sure that in /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg and make sure that everything related to that site is gone. Finally chose another site than the one you used before. This will ensure that any corrupted file from before doesn't get re-used. This may not be the "right" way but it's worked for me.
