Be my guest. I've been on such a list (MAPS dul), as *all* adsl users in
Spain, for a week or so, my only sin was to be an ADSL user (and if I
was a dialup user it doesn't matter, it's the same problem) who want to
run his own mail server (properly closed and properly administered)
since I'm sure I can give myself a better service than my ISP (if only
because I have to manage 2 users instead of 2 millions).
There's *no* way that MAPS ever listen to your complaints (yes, I tried)
because, by their definition, they are right and you are wrong, full stop.
Luckily someone at the ISP pressured them to remove the addresses,
others have not been so lucky. It's very frustrating not to be able to
deliver mail only because some self appointed vigilante decides that
your connection is a second class one. For me rbl lists are part of the
problem (they make delivery of legitimate messages difficult) not part
of the solution.
Hope one day you'll take a dose of your own medicine and see how good it is.

Bye
