I am willing to go with this kernel if anyone on the list can indicate that
they have this kernel installed and have a WORKING prism2-based pcmcia wlan
device and/or a usb-based wlan device.

Besides the problems with the system's losing the contents of all my
non-harddrive devices, I have been unable to get any wireless device (of
which I have several to try) working. On my laptop, the pcmcia cards
(orinoco gold and a zoomair prism2-based device) will not work. They worked
fine with 8.2/kernel 2.4.18.

With my desktop, I have been unable to get two separate usb wlan devices
working, but which did work with 8.2/2.4.18.

Anyone have functional peripheral wlan devices (pcmcia or usb) that actually
function and function well with 9.0 and 2.4.19-<whatever>?
