I didn't think that my posting was taking the thread off-topic. It was meant 
as a follow-up on making Mandrake even more powerful in the Linux community. 
Was that not the essence of the original posting?

If I may say just one thing in reply. I understood from what Deno said, that 
Mandrake Club subscriptions could only be accepted by credit card sent over 
the internet or by FAX.
