The startup script (service named start) indicates a Failure, as does the logfiles:

However, the rndc status reports the following:
[/var/log] rndc status number of zones: 64 debug level: 0 xfers running: 0 xfers deferred: 0 soa queries in progress: 0 query logging is OFF server is up and running
Does anyone know what is going on here?
