Under mandrake-devel/cooker/cooker/Mandrake/RPMS (thereabouts) on your
mirror, there will be an rpm of the latest cooker kernel. You can view
the changelog with rpm -qp --changelog (kernel.rpm url). There might be
dependencies on some other cooker packages.
