Similar to Jack's is another possible way:
RedirectMatch (.*)\cmd.exe$ http://www.microsoft.com$1
Modify it to match Jack's original line and it does virtually the same
thing but instead of DDOS'ing themselves, they DDOS Microsoft (the
purveyors of said bull$#!% in the first place).
