I get the same, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock LED's blinking, in two occasions: 1. Under MDK 9.0, I had the modem volume always on to hear the waiting call tones... Sometimes, when I heard an incoming call, I switched off the modem using its interrupt. When I switched on again, LED's start to dance... 2.
