How does one go about getting rid of supermount?
I have played with it long enough to decide that I like Mandrake without it, as it seems to act weird, not mounting some jobs, locking some from being a unmounted, and just being a pain. Heck, Icons in KDE can replace it in a snap.
I can imagine that I will need to rewrite my fstab to not include it. But where else will I need to fix things up?
As root,
supermount -i disable
will disable supermount and modify /etc/fstab accordingly. See man supermount.
