I did chat to the developers - quite a long chat, actually. It seems that there is one routine(?) that happens in two pages, that looks for an 'event' which it doesn't find. The cause of the problem was unclear, except that they felt it was looking for something windows-centric. As agreed with them, I emailed the bank's webmaster, explaining the problem. The reply started with the disclaimer that they do not support mozilla, but did go on to say that my comments had been passed to the programmers, for consideration in future updates to the site. Anne
