What kind of RAID are you talking about? IDE, SCSI, software, etc.
If you mean, can it be done by using one of those embeddded Highpoint or Promise ATA-RAID controllers, which require Windows drivers, you can pretty much forget it. SCSI I am sure works, and Linux software RAID does not work in Windows, and it is tricky to boot Linux off of.
