I have a dlink DSL504 and I have to say, its very nice. I have flashed the latest firmware on it and the web interface is very nice, as an added benefit, it has a serial point, with witch i can connect my linux box and script commands to the router where necessary. Has the firewall, VPN passthrough, port forwarding and a ton of other stuff I have yet to work out..
