There is always the sanction of denying membership to anyone who is found to be abusing the rights. I don't think there's much to be afraid of.
I think you said that you have the info on your website? The easiest way, if you have, is to simply post a very bried description of what you are doing, with a link to your website. That should only take you a few minutes, and you would probably be able to work out any formatting commands needed by simply looking at the current entries and copying them.
