I understand, as illustrated in my letter the tool of choice is wpd2sxw it works sufficiently for my users needs the only trouble is it only works by hand feeding it one file at a time. I was just interested in bennifiting one of the script kiddies out there for making a neat little wrapper script that would allow a user to feed it say thier home directory and convert all thier legacy corel documents into the *.sxw file format while maintaining the hierarchy of thier tree.
