Carter: Post to the Troll forum at the Mandrake Club. You need not be a Club member to do that. Deno (or his successor) monitor new messages and will take the appropriate action. Before doing that, though, you might want to give them a day or two more to respond. Bear in mind that Monday was Bastille Day when France is shut down (except, of course, for the Tour de France); if the French are anything like other people, last Friday was spend planning for the holiday, and Tuesday was spent in recovery. The Store has taken a lot of flak over the past year or so. Much of it was well deserved. However, I have noticed that there has been a big drop in the number of complaints about the Store lately, accompanied by a lot of favorable comments -- something that didn't used to happen. -- cmg
