Right click toolbars in Kmail, select configure toolbars, highlight the
Forward icon in the right hand window and then send it back to the left hand
window and it will be returned there. Then click the letter and arrow that
says Inline on the left hand window and send it to the right window, and that
will make forward in line just an icon on the toolbar. If that is what you
want, or you can have both icons there if you prefer.
Move it into the position you want with the up and down arrow.
