Im done, i have hit with the wall so many times, i have tried everything, howtos, linmodems.org, and i can not work this probles around, i haven't installed the modem yet to use it with linux, i am using a very old DOS modem wit jumpers, man, it can be so slow. I would thanks a lot, if anybody can help me with this. I have a linux mandrake 9 box.
