Personally, I can't wait for (and will happily participate in) the class action lawsuit that SCO will inevitably get slapped with.
Frankly, that would be one settlement that I'd be happy if the lawyers got a *big* paycheck at the end and I nothing. As long as it was a *really* *BIG* paycheck... Unfortunately, the problem [as I see it] is that, this is what they call an "exit strategy" for the SCO scumbag... er... execs--i.e. they'll drive their share-price as high as they can, with the promise of billions in pay-out, then sell their stock and bail out. At that point, the company will become worthless... Guess who the only winners will be? Given the individuals involved, they'll probably manage to get their sleazy hands into some other venture in short order... :( Maybe someone should notify the FTC (or is it the SEC) of this probability?
