Tried it, it's okay. The problem turned out to be that there simply isn't a package for Perl-DBD-Sybase, period. Mandrake did have a package for the freetds C libraries it needs, but the packaged version is incompatible with the source of DBD::Sybase (change in install location), so I went back to RH and did the whole thing from source. by the way, your clock is six months behind. -- Jack Coates Monkeynoodle: A Scientific Venture...
