While I was frustrated over this very situation, that is why I developed the No-JunkMail.com Service. We can Scan the Emails for Businesses, or individuals.

In the Access list of Sendmail, you can Discard or Reject his IP Address or his entire domain.

We have Bayes class filtering enabled and anything scoring above a 12 is deleted from the Input Mail Stream.
