The file you seek: /etc/sysconfig/iptables

It's format is that of iptables-save redirected to a file. You
can either manually edit that file and do:

     service iptables restart

or modify iptables in memory and do:

     iptables-save > /etc/sysconfig/iptables

Enjoy,
