?? Another thought squashed.
I tried Kwrite, Kedit and Kate and the all have different behaviour. Kwrite works and has a full Kdeprint panel with all options but NO SPELL CHECKING. Kedit has spell checking but does not call the full Kdeprint panel with all options. Different programmer?? Kate has SPELL CHECKING and calls the full optioned Kdeprint panel.. Figure that.
