You could start by using the Easy-Urpmi site at:

http://plf.zarb.org/~nanardon/urpmiweb.php

to try and find an update mirror. Then use ftp to manually check to see if the
site is really there and up. Then create a directory to hold the files, cd
into the directory, and use 'wget' to pull all of the files down.
