Well I'm not 100% sure as I don't have any install DVD's but I'd think of 
making a bootable cdrom using the isolinux directory and the .rdz and vmlinuz 
files in there together with the Mandrake directory.. As I said I don't have 
a  DVD to compare with so I don't know if they need some tweeking and or 
changes i.e. how the RPM's have been organized. Try and compare with any of 
the older install-CD's...they aren't really that different, globally. Maybe 
you can get away with a tailored boot-floppy.

Or try to use loadlin (that's if you've got DOS somewhere) to initiate your 
install-CD.
