Hi All,

Found a problem with a Apache2 on Mandrake if somehow Apache2 was not
shut down correctly, it will leave a file /var/log/httpd/ssl_scache ..
If that file exists while the server is trying to start, Apache2 will
fail to start.. It's a rather tricky problem.. at this moment I am
looking at ways to guarantee if that file exists and if Apache2 is being
started, and if Apache2 is not already running, it should clean up that
file before it is started, and that way Apache2 will start.. Would
anyone have the cleanest way of doing this, or any ideas on this.

Cheers
Mark
