But the other button, Run Config Tool works fine - it runs DrakSound. I changed it there, OK, and so on to back out from MCC gracefully - if you short-cut at any stage it doesn't save. I think that the time I lost my setting was when I clicked on another module in MCC without quitting the current module. HTH
